Popular amongst locals and tourists alike, Meeniyan is a thriving village township with plenty of cafes, artisan produce, arts & crafts, and giftware. 

Just under an hours drive from Port Albert is the bustling township of Meeniyan. The town is on the well-carved tourist trail to Wilsons Promontory, but in recent times foodies, cafe owners and restaurateurs have flocked to the area and breathed new life into the town. Home to the delectable Trulli, providing an Italian take on Gippsland produce - their outlets include Trulli Bakehouse, Trulli Pizzeria, Trulli Restaurant, Trulli Gelateria and Trulli Pantry (Meeniyan pantry & Cellar). 

Moo's at Meeniyan is one of the most popular cafes, serving breakfast, lunch, dinner & tapas as well as coffee and cake.

Art and garden lovers will rejoice with Outer Space - housing twenty of the most creative original sculptors in one place. One display are a variety of garden sculptures, wall sculptures, small sculptures, bird baths and feeders. Shipping is available - have a chat to the friendly staff.    

Meeniyan Art Gallery is a favourite of ours. This wonderful gallery is volunteer run and features high quality craft and changing exhibit of artwork. 

Lacy Jewellery Design and Studio is a boutique jewellery studio specialising in fine gold and silver jewellery. Enquire about their bespoke jewellery designs or commissions.  

Mika and Max Boutique was founded by two sisters - Tamika and Sophie. Inside you'll find a range of Australian Designer clothing labels plus an eclectic range of homewares including Damselfly candles, Ahoy Trader tiles, Salus skin care amongst many other things that inspire their passion.

Nice Stack of Books is a delighful, independent little book shop in the heart of Meeniyan offering something for everyone. New releases, special interests and all ages.  

Meeniyan Community Gardens is located along the Rail Trail behind Tanderra Park. A grass root venture that begun in 2015 with an enthusiastic clan of Menniyan area community members  - the beautiful garden has evolved for the enjoyment of all. It's well worth a visit to check out the produce and marvel at the creativity and peaceful spaces.
