Boat Harbour Jetty B&B is an adult only hosted accommodation. Your hosts Sharon & Mark live onsite in a separate residence and are on hand to ensure that your stay is welcoming and comfortable.

What are the differences between studios 1, 2 and 3?
All of our studios have the same layout, fixtures and quality furnishings. Which studio you prefer depends on your personal preference and needs.
- Studio 1 is a ground floor studio situated right at the front of the property and has the most panoramic harbour view. There are 3 steps up to the entrance and deck.
- Studio 2 is the lower level of the double storey accommodation building and is set a bit further back from studio 1. This studio features "step free" access via a ramp from the parking area. We have incorporated accessible features into the bathroom including an oversized roll-in shower. A shower chair is also available on request. Studio 2 has covered deck providing shade.
- Studio 3 is the upper level room and is accessed via an external staircase. This room features elevated views and has an undercover balcony.
Do you offer twin share rooms?
Each of our studios contain one king sized solid wood bed frame with premium pillow top mattress. Although the king bed does not seperate into two single beds, we are able to private two sets of seperate bedding upon request.
Please ensure that you let us know if you require seperate bed linen prior to arrival.
Sofa beds, rollaway/portable beds are not available.
How many guests can each room hold?
Each studio accommodates a maximum of two persons only - additional guests including infants are not permitted.
Are you pet friendly?
Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets on site.
Can we bring our baby / toddler / young child?
We have created a relaxing and private accommodation for guests that provides a quiet respite from otherwise busy lives. Out of consideration for other guests onsite we are unable to accommodate infants, toddlers or young children.
How do I request an early check in?
If you would like an early check in please contact us as soon as possible after booking so that we can make note of your request. We will try our best to have your room ready early but unless your room is vacant the night prior to arrival, we can not guarantee an early time. We adhere to a strict cleaning and sanitizing regime and require adequate time before your arrival to ensure that your room is ready.
How do I request a late check out?
Late check out times are by prior arrangement only, please speak to Sharon directly if you wish to extend your check out time from 10:30 am to 11:30 am. Unfortunately we are unable to extend departure times beyond 11:30 am.
