Cancellations
Please read through our Cancellation Policy terms and conditions outlined below.
Requests to cancel or alter reservation dates can only be made through the original booking source - we are only able to assist reservations made directly with us. For issues with reservations made through third party booking sites, please refer to their websites or apps.
Direct Bookings: Cancellation requests and alterations to reservations are handled by us directly. Please contact us by email, phone or text (between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm daily). For security purposes we do request that the cancellation request utilises contact details that we have on record for the guest concerend.
Emails are reviewed during our office hours 9:00 am - 5:00 pm daily. Requests received after 5:00pm are deemed to have been received the following day.
Please ensure that you have read through our Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) as well as our Cancellation Policy (CP). By making a booking for accommodation, guests warrant they have read the T&Cs and CP and agree to be bound by them. For bookings made through third party booking sites - the Cancellation Policy for that site applies with no exceptions.
As we are a very small business we are unable to make any exceptions with regards to our cancellation policy and recommend travel insurance for any unexpected circumstances which may impact your ability to travel.
5 Days or more prior to arrival:
- We offer a full refund (less associated credit card processing fees) for cancellations up to 5 days prior to check-in date.
- Alterations may be made to reservation dates (subject to availability of desired room and dates).
Less than 5 but more than 3 days prior to arrival:
- For cancellations less than 5 days but more than 3 days to arrival date, a refund of 50% of total booking amount will be processed.
- Alterations to reservation dates (including credit notes) are not available.
Less than 3 days to arrival:
- For cancellations less than 3 days to arrival date we are unable to offer a refund, credit or change of reservation date.
