Please read through our Cancellation Policy terms and conditions outlined below. 

Requests to cancel or alter reservation dates can only be made through the original booking source - we are only able to assist reservations made directly with us. For issues with reservations made through third party booking sites, please refer to their websites or apps.   

Direct Bookings: Cancellation requests and alterations to reservations are handled by us directly. Please contact us by email, phone or text (between 9:00 am - 7:00 pm daily). 

Emails are reviewed during our office hours 9:00 am - 7:00 pm daily. Requests received after 7:00pm are deemed to have been received the following day. 

Please ensure that you have read through our Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) as well as our Cancellation Policy (CP). By making a booking for accommodation, guests warrant they have read the T&Cs and CP and agree to be bound by them. For bookings made through third party booking sites - the Cancellation Policy for that site applies with no exceptions (30 days strict cancellation policy).

As we are a very small business we are unable to make any exceptions with regards to our cancellation and recommend travel insurance for any unexpected circumstances which may impact your ability to travel. 

 

5 Days or more prior to arrival: 

  • We offer a full refund (less associated credit card processing fees) for cancellations up to 5 days prior to check-in date.
  • Alterations may be made to reservation dates (subject to availability of desired room and dates).

 

Less than 5 days to arrival date:

  • We are unable to offer refunds with less than 5 days to check-in date.  
  • Alterations to reservation dates (including credit notes) are not available.

 

"No Shows" are charged full accommodation payment and refunds/credit are not available.
