Head Chef, Patrick Haney's passion for cooking began at an early age, inspired by his grandmother's home-cooked meals and preserves, and the abundance of fresh, locally sourced ingredients available around his hometown of San Diego. Chef Haney's philosophy is rooted in a deep respect for the ingedients he uses, and is a firm believer in sustainable and ethical sourcing practices.
With Head Chef, Patrick Haney, at the helm, we’re proud to showcase the unique flavours of the bountiful Gippsland region. Locally grown ingredients are the heroes of our menu – from heirloom vegetables to pasture-raised meats and unforgettable artisanal cheeses.
